SALNIC Properties, Inc. is a family-owned corporation engaged in the acquisition, development, construction, lease, and management of real estate properties. It was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in July 4, 2001.

The properties developed and managed by SALNIC are located in barangays Ibabao-Estancia and Pagsabungan in Mandaue City, with a combined land area of almost 1.2 hectares. The Ibabao-Estancia property has three commercial buildings with a combined floor area of 1,161 square meters; while the Pagsabungan property has warehouse-type/factory buildings for industrial use.
